GiG and Innovation Labs on the cusp of a new affiliate acquisition

Innovation Labs and Gaming Innovation Group, its holding company, are in the process of acquiring The affiliate website is expected to go for around 11.5 million Euro, and will go a long way toward strengthening Innovation Lab’s position as an affiliate in Europe. This acquisition goes into the core of GIG’s dream to make iGaming a vast network of connected niches that benefit all industry players, from operators to gamers and anyone in between.

A surge expected

It is expected that the acquisition of and its related assets will lead to a surge in interest across the board. Today, the site makes 3 million EUR a year and boasts and EBIT margin of over 90%.Innovation is reasonably excited about this new development, because it expands the company’s reach to beyond Scandinavia. A conservative estimate is that’s profits will rise by 25% in the short term, with a significant long-term
margin. Annual referred FTD’s will rise by 25,000. All products launched going forward will acquire IL’s proprietary status.


GIG CEO sees a bright future

Robin Reed, CEO at GIG, admits that it was not an easy feat landing the affiliate network. He says that GIG had to brush aside plenty of competitors, and sees a lot of potential in the acquisition. Reeds reiterate that his company has a long-term focus on building a highly coordinated network for iGaming. is GIG’s biggest feat in the affiliate space and gives the company a massive impetus. He also acknowledges that the decision
puts the company in a rather powerful position when it comes to dictating and
driving traffic to the right places.

Announcement came year after another acquisition

In February 2017, GIG announced that it was acquiring another affiliate network and its assets. Since then, this low-key plan has been executed.
