repost: IMPOSSIBLE to "turn in your guns within 24 hours" if you are SITTING IN JAIL! So guess what? NOW YOU ARE GUILTY OF A FIREARMS CHARGE AS WELL! And guess what else? Many people, including myself, have had the cops called and been arrested for dv over a PHONY CHARGE before, where it was dismissed later, but the damage is ALREADY DONE NOW! Doesn't matter if you are innocent because you are still punished! You will be a CONVICTED FIREARMS OFFENDER even if the "DV" is dismissed!
DUE PROCESS? NOT IN COLORADO!
Also, isn't it the Democrats (who keep saying they are "trying to protect us") who ALWAYS VOTE DOWN JESSICA'S LAW when it comes up for a vote, and INDEFINITE DETENTION OF AMERICAN CITIZENS UNDER NDAA? You guys are as PHONY as a THREE DOLLAR BILL! (or ANY dollar bill as it were)..
