On February 8th U.S. President Barack Obama issued a Presidential memorandum addressed to Secretary of State John Kerry Waiving the Congressioanl Restriction on Providing Funds to the Palestinian Authority:

Presidential Memorandum — Presidential Determination Regarding Waiver of Restriction on Providing Funds to the Palestinian Authority

MEMORANDUM FOR THE SECRETARY OF STATE

SUBJECT: Waiver of Restriction on Providing Funds to the Palestinian Authority

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 7040(b) of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2012 (Division I, Public Law 112-74) (the “Act”) as carried forward by the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013 (Public Law 112-175) (the “CR”), I hereby certify that it is important to the national security interests of the United States to waive the provisions of section 7040(a) of the Act as carried forward by the CR, in order to provide funds appropriated to carry out chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act, as amended, to the Palestinian Authority. You are directed to transmit this determination to the Congress, with a report pursuant to section 7040(d) of the Act as carried forward by the CR, and to publish this determination in the Federal Register.

In 2012 Barack Obama waived a congressional ban on funding Palestine/The State of Palestine/The Palestinian Authority and sent that Hamas terror led country $147 million American taxpayer dollars. He also removed all spending restrictions on that money, restrictions which dictate what the funds can and cannot be used for, ie. humanitarian assistance, education, betterment of society and NOT more rockets.

When the next Palestinian/Israeli conflict erupts because Hamas led Palestine is lobbing rockets over the fence into Israel —– don’t forget who paid for those rockets: you did, Mr. & Mrs. American taxpayer. It’s understandable considering it’s law that you pay taxes, but legalities are of little consequence to children who live in daily fear of the regime Barack Obama is funding.

Its funny how the dumbassed Americans and Israeli apartheid regime supporters all bash away at Obama for now not carrying on the sick agenda of Israels ethnic cleansing agenda…Obama is a duush on his own merit and has little to do with doing anything right for anybody.

I'm surprised becasue everything else he has said and done sends millions to Israel to fund its WAR CRIMES.. like that 8 million a day in military AID alone…

  They may hate America, but Obama loves them! Obama is no friend to Israel, and certainly no friend to America. He is funding his Muslim Brotherhood for world domination. He is only using America to fund his war toward the global takeover of Islam.

Well, let's just add fuel to an already volatile situation! Let's arm our enemies and pretend it's not happening. Let's just stop being Israel's ally. This is just horrible! And it'll bring some unpleasant consequences.
