Phillip Marshall, a former airplane pilot and author whose works included the 2003 novel “Lakefront Airport,” - “False Flag 911: How Bush, Cheney and the Saudis Created the Post-911 World (08)” and “The Big Bamboozle: 9/11 and the War on Terror,” a 2012 publication in which he theorized it wasn’t al-Qaida but U.S. and Saudi government officials who orchestrated the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks on the United States, was found dead along with his two children in their Murphrys-area home in California. Reports indicate all 3 died of gunshot wounds.
Friends of Marshall’s kids, Alex 17 and Macaila 14, discovered the gruesome scene after showing up to check on them on Saturday after not having heard from them for numerous days.
The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office reported that both children as well as the family dog were shot once in the head with a handgun.
Marshall’s estranged wife and mother of the 2 kids was traveling abroad at the time of the shootings.
A possible motive for the shootings has not been determined but police reports indicated evidence that it was a murder suicide.

This guy killed his family and himself to escape an imaginary “threat” created by irresponsible people on the internet.
Conspiracy websites prey on people with mental illnesses like this guy, who eventually committed Murder/Suicide to “save” his family from a threat that never existed.

Marshall never worked for the CIA. Barry Seal hired him to be his pilot when he (Barry) lost his pilot license. Seal was his employer, not the CIA.
I don't agree with his book on 9/11 but wish for them to RIP. This should be investigated for possible murders; if it was murder/suicide it is awful to take the lives of your children and pets.

The theory of a conspiracy is hard to discard. It would be a very small mystification compared to the massive effort to attribute the sudden, rapid and complete disintegration of the twin towers to earlier airborne attacks by Osama bin Laden’s fanatics.

I would agree but what can we do.. This is getting really scary.. it is becoming apparent there is no stop to the level that this group of people will stoop.. who ever they are.. not very nice.. I would hate to see it happen but the only thing that will make it stop is if someone is willing to kill the people at the top.. that would take research and lots of it.. It would not be easy.. I am former military medic but that is not what I do… you would have to be a certain type of person..Most medics from my experience had a certain belief in spirituality if not religious.. If this was a criminal act from within some element of the US Intelligence Community…we may never know it…which makes it clear that any "kill list: action within these services must be subjected to the automatic application of our Freedom of Information laws. We need a moratorium for security but to assure ourselves that the record of these "kills" will be published in some timely manner subjects all departments, agencies and individuals to public scrutiny in order to petition the governance if we have a grievance in the matter of the administration of policy.

A Murphys man identified as Phillip Marshall (54) took the life of his two juvenile children before taking his own life in an apparent murder-suicide. On February 2, 2013 at 3:10 pm Calaveras Sheriff’s deputies were called to a residence on the 1200 block of Sandalwood Drive in the Forest Meadows subdivision, Murphys, for a suspicious circumstance/welfare check. The reporting parties, who are friends of the two victims, told investigators that they had not heard from the victims since Thursday,
They also discovered the family dog deceased in a bedroom.

Now this is highly problematic in that the kids were then "sleeping on the couch" instead
of in their own rooms on a Saturday, which is not unusual. But if they were killed on

Did they often sleep in the living room on school nights? Were they allowed to sleep in

The mother was in Turkey when she was notified of the deaths, according to several source
on the internet. Who had legal custody of the children?
Does the accused have a right to a fair trial? Witnesses for his defense (i.e., paraffin and ballistics tests, just to make sure)?
Why the dual "time of death" confusion? Will the time of death become more clear or less clear as more time passes?
