2012 Election In Jeopardy, SCYTL tied to Goldman Sachs
5/11/2011
Our Republic is in jeopardy . We at D.C. Xposed question if the final blow could come in the form of SCYTL. This is the company that will count a percentage of the votes in the 2012 presidential election later this year.
SCYTL was formed by a research group at the University Autonoma de Barcelona . The company is funded by the Spanish Government’s Ministry of Science and Technology.
SOE Software is the leading software company for election management solutions in the United States. SOE was bought by SCYTL in January. These two companies create the industry leader in election software worldwide. SOE uses voting machines manufactured by ES&S the largest company in the world focusing solely on automating the election process. The company provides specialized systems and software to automate the entire election process for local, state, and national governments. ES&S is a privately-held company owned by unknown investors and headed by Aldo Tesi, who refers to the democratic franchise as “the election industry“.
Scytl is a portfolio company of leading international VC funds Nauta Capital, Balderton Capital and Spinnaker. Enter Goldman Sachs, you may remember – them the leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm who on April 15, 2010, were charged by the SEC with defrauding investors.
As it turns out Goldman Sachs veterans Tim Bunting and Mark Evans who were no longer working at Goldman Sachs when the dirt hit fan are now general partners at Balderton Capital. Tim Bunting joined Balderton as a General Partner in 2007. He was spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs. Mark Evans joined Balderton as a General Partner in 2002. He spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs in Europe, Asia, and the US.
Enter another company Novatel Wireless, an international company based in San Diego that makes the internal modem used in the ES&S voting machines. Goldman Sachs is a major stock holder of Novatel.
It was reported by Center for Responsive Politics, a Washington-based group that tracks political money that Goldman Sachs, in 2008 gave $1 million to President Barack Obama, according to the center and FEC filings. Since former Goldman Sachs veterans have a major interest in the software that will tabulate our votes there is reason for concern. To make matters worse Scytl, is partnered with many democratic organizations. One is a Non Profit Organization called Gov2U. Gov2u is partially funded by the European Union.
One of Gov2u partners is none other than the National Democratic Institute or NDI. The National Democratic Institute focuses particularly on Citizen Participation, Democracy and Technology and Democratic Governance. Another partner of SCYTL is Oracle, who in 2010 spent $4,850,000.00 lobbying the Obama administration and $243,194.00 to his campaign in 2008.
As if the connections of the global elites holding shares in the company tabulating the election results are not enough to question the integrity of the 2012 vote we also have the issue of online election fraud.
Security Issues Prevail…
SOE, the Tampa based corporation purchased by SCYTL in January, supplies the election software which which record, count, and report the votes of our over seas military, Americans in 26 states, and 900 total jurisdictions across the nation. The votes will be cast in America on Election Day, but they will be routed and counted overseas.
This is from Bev Harris at Black Box Voting…
“As local election results funnel through SOE’s servers (typically before they reach the public elsewhere), those who run the computer servers for SOE essentially get “first look” at results and the ability to immediately and privately examine vote details throughout the USA. This redirects results reporting to a centralized privately held server but national; not just USA-based, but global. A mitigation against fraud by SOE insiders has been the separation of voting machine systems from the SOE results reports. Because most US jurisdictions require posting evidence of results from each voting machine at the precinct, public citizens can organize to examine these results to compare with SOE results. Black Box Voting spearheaded a national citizen action to videotape / photograph these poll tapes in 2008.
With the merger of SOE and SCYTL, that won’t work . When there are two truly independent sources of information, the public can perform its own “audit” by matching one number against the other. These two independent sources, however, will now be merged into one single source: an Internet voting system controlled by SCYTL, with a results reporting system also controlled by SCYTL. With SCYTL internet voting, there will be no ballots. No physical evidence. No chain of custody. No way for the public to authenticate who actually cast the votes, chain of custody, or the count. ”
Votes Can Be Changed…
The Director of US operations, recently hired by SCYTL in 2011 is Paul Stenbjorn. Before joining SCYTL he was the Executive Director of the DC Board of Elections and Ethics. In December 29th 2011 he conducted an interview online with Etopia news. He admitted that once a voter had cast their vote online that their vote could be changed, many times in fact. Mr.Stenbjorn’s remarks about changing the votes begins around the 8 minute mark of the interview. Video
Hacked Once…
Just prior to the 2010′S midterm’s however, this new electronic voting system in Washington, DC was hacked. As a program security trial, the D.C. Board of Elections & Ethics executive director Paul Stenbjorn, encouraged outside parties to hack and find flaws in its new online balloting system. A group of University of Michigan students then hacked into the site and commanded it to play the University of Michigan fight song upon casting a vote.
Within 48 hours of the system going live, the team from the University of Michigan had gained nearly complete control of the election server. They successfully changed every vote and revealed almost every secret ballot.
“We used the stolen public key to replace all of the encrypted ballot files on the server at the time of our intrusion with a forged ballot of our choosing. In addition, we modified the ballot-processing function to append any subsequently voted ballots to a .tar file in the publicly accessible images directory (where we could later retrieve them) and replace the originals with our forged ballot,” reads the report entitled “Attacking the Washington, D.C. Internet Voting System“.
“Recovery from this attack is difficult; there is little hope for protecting future ballots from this level of compromise, since the code that processes the ballots is itself suspect.”
A team of researchers from the University of Michigan hacked an American pilot project for online voting and changed all of the ballots in less than 48 hours in February 2012. Election officials did not detect the intrusion for nearly two business days—and might have remained unaware for far longer if the team hadn’t deliberately left a prominent clue. The findings were presented at the 16th Conference on Financial Cryptography & Data Security, held on Carribean Island of Bonaire this month.
Hacked Yet Again…
Cyber attack on NDP leadership vote involved more than 10,000 computers
As reported by Canada’s National Post News…
On March 24, 2012 a massive cyber attack involving more than 10,000 computers was behind the online voting chaos during Saturday’s NDP leadership vote. According to Scytl Canada, the company contracted by the party to conduct the vote, a deliberate large scale “distributed denial of service” (DDoS) attempted to deny NDP members access to the online balloting system.
Online Voting ‘Premature,’ Warns Government Cyber security Expert.
Warnings about the dangers of Internet voting have been growing as the 2012 election nears, and an especially noteworthy one came Thursday from a top cyber security official at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Bruce McConnell told a group of election officials, academics and advocacy groups meeting in Santa Fe, N.M., that he believes “it’s premature to deploy Internet voting in real elections at this time.”
McConnell said voting systems are vulnerable and, “when you connect them to the Internet, that vulnerability increases.” He called security around Internet voting “immature and under resourced.” McConnell’s comments echo those of a number of computer scientists who say there’s no way to protect votes cast over the Internet from outside manipulation. Some election officials say it’s a trade-off between security and convenience.
Voter Action, an advocacy group that seeks elections integrity in the U.S., sent a lengthy complaint to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission in April 2010 charging the integration of SCYTL systems “raises national security concerns.”
“Foreign governments may also seek to undermine the national security interests of the United States, either directly or through other organizations.” The PDF file can be found here.
So in the end we have Goldman Sachs veterans running the company who will tabulate the votes. With Goldman Sachs also owning major stock in the company who makes the modems used in the voting machines. There will be no way to check the accuracy of the vote with a paper trail. There are widely known security issues with the electronic voting system and according to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission there are major national security concerns. And this is without the help of leftist organizations like Acorn and Project Vote who has become infamous for their Democratic voter fraud techniques.
We at D.C.Xposed have to wonder if our votes in the what could be the most important election in our life time will even count.

It’s ironic how Vintage Political Cartoons from 100+ years ago contain the exact same gripes that we still complain about today. We've included some of the finest political artwork that's ever been created. Take a stroll back through time in our

Since we know that, regardless of the outcome of the elections of 2012, the NWO gang will still be in control of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA the CORPORATION in Washington DC, we shouldn’t be too surprised to find out that the elections have probably been rigged from the get go. With basically most, if not all, of our current candidates being graduates of the Council On Foreign Relations school for politicians, this election will not bring the changes necessary to stem the tide of Progressivism in America. Both political parties, being part and parcel to the plans of the NWO, American Patriots should begin to focus on reinhabiting the vacated offices of the organic Republic called the united states of America. Our President, Senators, Representatives elected to serve in USA Inc. do not represent the wishes of the American People anyway. They represent only the CORPORATION known as USA Inc. As long as we allow USA Inc. to be the governing body over America, the American People will continue to slide further and further into the slavery of Fascism.
there IS an alternative. Considered the 3rd largest party in our nation, these folks are the saving grace we need, but the lamestream news media won’t give em a fair shot …. i promise you, if you check this website out you’ll be impressed. Problem is, a vote for the constitution party takes from romneys totals on election day … and could let obama off easy. http://www.constitutionparty.com/

Thanks so much. This is the work of Sheila Foust, a long time contributor of dcxposed and a very thorough investigator. Sheila’s reports are always popular. Some of her other works here on the site are: Islamic Terrorist Camps in US, Missouri Farmland Floods, and The now famous Oklahoma City Bombing Effective in Quelling Dissent article. She’s good. I hope things down in Florida are going well for you folks. I read every email you send me. My offer stands: If dcx can help in any way, just let us know.
Ed, this report is remarkable.
